Hi nice to meet you, I’m Abiola Raheem.
Being a qualified personal trainer for the last 10 years my focus heavily lies on mental wellbeing. In my training strategy I encourage my clients to develop both aspects together. Being the founder of Naked Confidence, I wanted to create a safe space for men and women to train off and online and learn to better themselves in all areas of their lives by implementing simple steps to their day. I thrive off helping individuals achieve true happiness, whatever that means to them.
